Viewing the History of Messages, Flows, and Events for a Contact

October 22, 2025 Chaide Gampo Comments Off on Viewing the History of Messages, Flows, and Events for a Contact

The Message History page on a contact record lets you review everything that happened for that contact in your workspace—messages sent and received, flow starts/completions/interruptions, and key updates like field or group changes—so you can understand context, confirm what ran, and troubleshoot issues like why a flow started or whether an update occurred.

October 22, 2025 Chaide Gampo Comments Off on Organizing the Display of “Featured” Fields on the Contacts Page

Sorting Contacts by Field Column

October 22, 2025 Chaide Gampo Comments Off on Sorting Contacts by Field Column

You can sort the Contacts list by any Featured field that appears as a column by clicking its column header to toggle ascending and descending order, which makes it easy to quickly organize contacts by values like Age or Created On—while keeping in mind that correct sorting depends on the field type (Number vs Date & Time vs Text).

Bulk Deleting Contacts from Blocked or Stopped Folders

October 22, 2025 Chaide Gampo Comments Off on Bulk Deleting Contacts from Blocked or Stopped Folders

RapidPro.app lets you permanently delete selected contacts directly from the Blocked or Stopped folders (without archiving first), which is useful for targeted cleanup of spam/abuse or opted-out contacts—but deletion is irreversible, so you should carefully review selections and use Archived + Delete All for large-scale, reviewable deletions.
