Managing your Timezone and Date Format Settings

Ensuring your account’s Timezone and Date Format align with the region where your messages are sent and received is a critical configuration. These settings form the foundation for any feature that relies on date and time values. This includes the accurate scheduling of campaigns, the precise triggering of time-based events, and the correct execution of any logic using date & time functions.
To modify these settings, first navigate to your account’s settings page. Click on the option labeled “Your workspace name is….” to access the menu for editing your workspace name, timezone, and date format.
From there, choose the correct Timezone and Date Format from their respective drop-down menus. A best practice is to select the date format most commonly used by your contacts, especially if you intend to collect date and time information from them directly.
