Viewing Results

When contacts interact with a flow, their responses are recorded as flow results. To access this data, choose “Results” from the ☰ menu icon within the flow editor:

The results page includes a ‘Download’ option alongside several analytical tabs: ‘Overview’, ‘Engagement’, ‘Analytics’, and ‘Runs’.

Overview Tab

The ‘Overview’ tab displays daily response metrics for the flow. It provides the completion rate for all runs—including active, expired, or interrupted ones—and indicates the specific days of the week and times of day when messages were received.

Analytics Tab

This section offers a detailed breakdown of responses to your messages. For example, it can show results for questions such as ‘name’, ‘age’, and ‘gender’ that were posed within the flow.

Runs Tab

Here, you will find a list of every contact who has interacted with the flow, along with the number of runs they have completed. A run refers to the entire journey of a contact from entering to exiting a flow, including all intermediate actions. Contacts exit a flow when they:

  • Complete the flow,

  • Begin another flow via the Start another flow action, or

  • Are expired from the flow after a predefined period of inactivity.
