Update Workspace Settings: Name, Time Zone, and Date Format

You can update key workspace settings—such as the workspace name, timezone, languages, and reply-to email—from your Workspace Settings page. These settings affect how messages are sent, how dates and times are displayed, and how flows are built and translated.

Quick Setup Checklist

Use these steps to update core workspace settings safely and understand the impact on messages, scheduling, and translations.

  1. Open Workspace Settings from the workspace sidebar.
  2. Update workspace name, time zone, and date/time format.
  3. Configure flow languages for translations.
  4. Set the reply-to email used by flow emails.
  5. Connect DT One (optional) if your workflows require it.

Access Workspace Settings

To open Workspace Settings:

  1. Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your workspace.
  2. You’ll be taken to the Workspace Settings page.

Update name, time zone, and date format

To update your workspace identity and time settings:

  1. Click “Your workspace name is…”
  2. Update any of the following fields:
  • Workspace name
  • Timezone
  • Date and time format

Click Save to apply your changes.

Note: The timezone setting affects message scheduling, campaigns, and flow timing.

Configure flow languages

You can define which languages are available for building and translating flows.

  1. In Workspace Settings, locate the Flow Languages section.
  2. Select a default language (used when building flows).
  3. Select one or more additional languages (used for translations).
  4. Click Save.

Tip: Contacts can have a preferred language set, which determines which translation they receive in multilingual flows.

Configure reply-to email for flow emails

You can control which email address is used when flows send emails.

  1. In Workspace Settings, find “Emails sent from flows will come from…”
  2. Enter or update the reply-to email address.
  3. Click Save.

Connect your DT One account (optional)

If you use DT One services, you can connect your account from Workspace Settings.

  1. In Workspace Settings, locate the DT One integration section.
  2. Follow the DT One integration guide to complete the connection.
  3. Once connected, DT One can be used in supported workflows.

Common Issues & Fixes

I don’t see the changes reflected immediately

Possible cause: The page wasn’t refreshed.

Fix: Refresh the workspace, or log out and back in.

Messages are sending at the wrong time

Possible cause: Incorrect workspace timezone.

Fix: Verify and update the timezone in Workspace Settings, then re-check scheduled broadcasts and campaigns.

I can’t send emails from flows

Possible causes: Reply-to email not configured, or email credentials missing/invalid.

Fix: Review the Reply-To Email settings and follow the email configuration guide for your provider.

I don’t see language options in flows

Possible cause: Additional languages were not added at the workspace level.

Fix: Add the required languages in Workspace Settings, save, and then reopen the flow translation options.
