Quick Setup Checklist
Use these steps to request permanent workspace deletion safely and export any data you may need beforehand.
- Open the RapidPro workspace you want to delete.
- Click the support widget in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

In your support message, clearly include:
- The name of the workspace to be deleted
- Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent and irreversible
A member of the support team will follow up to confirm details and process the request.

Workspace deletion permanently removes all workspace data (contacts, flows, messages, campaigns, and settings). If you need to keep any information, export it before support completes the deletion.
Recommended exports:
- Contacts (including custom fields)
- Flows (export flow definitions)
- Messages (and archives, if you need history older than 90 days)
Multi-workspace accounts: If your account contains multiple workspaces, double-check you are requesting deletion of the correct workspace.
Billing considerations: Deleting a workspace may affect billing on multi-workspace or reseller plans.
