Understanding Campaigns: Role, Use Cases (DRIP), and Date-Based Triggering

October 22, 2025 Chaide Gampo Comments Off on Understanding Campaigns: Role, Use Cases (DRIP), and Date-Based Triggering

Campaigns allow you to schedule messages or start flows relative to a date associated with each contact. Unlike scheduled broadcasts—which send messages to everyone at the same time—campaigns deliver messages based on each contact’s individual timeline. Campaigns are commonly used for drip communication, such as maternal and child health reminders, medication adherence messages, onboarding sequences, and lifecycle communications.
