What’s the Difference between ‘Inbox’ and ‘Flows’ Messages?

Within the Messages section, you will observe that certain incoming messages appear in the Inbox, whereas others are located in the Handled category. What differentiates these two sections?
The distinction is straightforward. Messages in the Inbox are those received while a contact is not actively participating in a flow and are managed through alternative methods. Conversely, messages categorized as Handled are received while a contact is actively engaged within a flow.
