Flows

Quick setup checklist
Use labels to group related flows so you can filter and manage them faster as your workspace grows.
- Navigate to the Flows tab
- Check the boxes next to the flows you want to organize
[CAPTURE: Show the Flows list with multiple flows selected using checkboxes.]
- Click the Label button at the top of the flows list
- Review the list of existing labels, or choose the option to create a new label
[CAPTURE: Show the Label button highlighted at the top of the flows list.]
You can now:
- Select an existing label to apply it to the selected flows
- Create a new label and apply it immediately
When creating a new label:
- Enter a clear, descriptive name
- Apply it to all currently selected flows
[CAPTURE: Show the label dropdown with existing labels and the “Add new label” option.]
Note: Labels can be reused across any number of flows.
- A flow can have multiple labels
- Labels do not affect flow behavior or sending
- Labels are used only for organization and filtering
Important: Removing a label does not delete or modify the flow.
Tip: Use labels to separate test and production flows, or to group flows by program/campaign.
Common Issues
I don’t see the Label button
Cause: No flows are selected, or you are not viewing the flows list page.
Fix: Go to Flows, select at least one flow using the checkbox, then look for the Label button at the top.
The label didn’t apply to all flows
Cause: Some flows were not selected before applying the label.
Fix: Re-select the missing flows, open the label menu again, and apply the same label.
I removed a label and thought the flow was deleted
Explanation: Labels are only for organization and filtering.
Result: The flow is unchanged; only the label assignment was removed. Search the flow by name to confirm it still exists.
