User Account

As a logged-in user, regardless of your workspace permissions, you can modify your personal account details, including your Name, Email, or Password. You can also strengthen your account security by activating Two-Factor Authentication.
To access these settings, click on the icon displaying your account initials, then choose ‘Account’.
This will direct you to the ‘Edit User’ page:
- Profile: Use the first option to update your First and/or Last name, then select ‘Save.’ You can also upload a profile picture from this section. After selecting your image, click ‘Save’ to confirm.
- Change your email: The second option enables you to modify your email address. Please ensure you provide a valid, accessible email. A verification message will be sent to the new address; click the included link to confirm the change. Note: If the email is not in your inbox, check your Spam or Trash folders.
- Change your password: The third option allows you to update your password. You must enter your current password before creating a new one. If forgotten, select ‘Forgot password?’ and verify your email. A password reset link will be emailed to you. Should the email not appear in your inbox, please check your Spam or Trash folders.
- Account connections: This section displays any third-party accounts linked to your Rapidpro App account. These connections can be used to facilitate faster login.
- Two-factor authentication: Enhance your login security by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). For additional information, please refer to our detailed guide here.
