Sending Options for Campaign Events

When adding a campaign event, you have multiple options for managing the message or flow initiation.

If a contact is currently active in a flow and the event involves sending a message, you can:

  • Stop the current flow and execute the event,

  • Skip the event and prevent the message from being sent, or

  • Send the message regardless.

If the event triggers a flow, there are only two choices:

  • Stop the existing flow and launch the event to start the new flow, or

  • Skip the event.

This functionality provides greater control over how campaign events are delivered in your account.
