Restricting Sending to International Numbers

Your channel’s associated phone number might automatically permit sending communications to international destinations, which could lead to accumulated carrier or provider charges. To prevent these international messaging fees, you can configure sending restrictions.

Begin by accessing your account configuration page and choose the telephone number you wish to limit under the Channels section:

On the subsequent screen, select the ☰ menu icon and opt for ‘Edit’:

Deselect the checkbox that permits messaging to international numbers:
