Multi-Workspace Accounts

Our subscription plan enables you to consolidate billing for multiple workspaces. This structure is designed for organizations operating across different countries or managing diverse projects, allowing the creation of dedicated workspaces for specific programs while maintaining centralized management. It also enables individual users to establish multiple workspaces for client reselling purposes.
How It Functions
The primary account maintains the standard $25/month fee. Rather than including 1,000 complimentary contacts, this plan permits creation of additional workspaces at $15/month per workspace, while aggregating all messaged contacts across all workspaces. For combined active usage exceeding 100,000 contacts, we provide a 25% discount!
All charges are consolidated into a single invoice. For reseller accounts, you maintain complete flexibility in determining your customer pricing structure. We also offer optional white-label customization including custom branding, color schemes, and domain mapping. Please inform us if this option interests you!
Establishing a New Child Workspace
To add a child workspace, first navigate to your workspace settings page and select ‘Workspaces’ on the left navigation menu. Note: this option only appears for accounts on the reseller plan.
After accessing your workspaces section, click ‘New’ in the upper-right corner and name your new workspace. This page displays a comprehensive list of all your workspaces.
Navigating Multiple Workspaces
When logged into your primary workspace, you can access other workspaces without logging out. Click your initials in the top-left circle to reveal a dropdown containing all your workspaces. Select any name to switch contexts.
The system enables seamless workspace switching when accessing objects (Flows, Contacts, messages, etc.) from different workspaces. If a colleague shares an object link, clicking it will prompt you to switch to the relevant workspace.
Transitioning to the Reseller Plan
We can convert any paid account to a reseller plan, enabling workspace creation at the $15/month rate. Contact us to initiate this process. For existing accounts you wish to merge, we recommend exporting and importing any flows and contacts from your current workspaces.
