Message and Flow Archives

Messages and flow runs that are older than 90 days are relocated to archives, which you can access through your account page. This allows for straightforward downloading of your historical data while ensuring your web dashboard remains streamlined and focused on the most current, relevant information.

You can view your existing archives by navigating to your account page and selecting the archives section. Archives are available for download in daily or monthly increments and are formatted consistently with our API endpoints, enabling you to utilize the same processing tools.

Although messages and flow runs exceeding 90 days will no longer be visible in your inbox and contact pages, you can still retrieve them using the familiar Excel export feature.

Please note: if you use our API to access messages or flow runs older than 90 days, you will need to adjust your requests to utilize the new archives API endpoint. The relevant Rapidpro App endpoints are available here.
