Labeling Messages

The platform enables you to apply labels to categorize message responses. This feature assists in structuring your communications and simplifies filtering them when exporting data from the system. It is also possible to assign labels to messages directly within an automation workflow.

To create and apply labels to your messages, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Messages section.

 

  1. Select the menu icon (☰) located on the right side of the interface.

 

  1. Choose the New Label option from the dropdown menu.

  1. Assign a descriptive name for the new label.

 

  1. Once created, the label will be displayed to the right of the relevant message.
