Introduction to Triggers

Triggers let you define when and how a flow starts. A flow can be launched by a keyword, a missed call, or scheduled for a future date.
To create a new trigger, open the Triggers panel on the left and click + New Trigger.
From there, you can choose options such as:

Create a message keyword that starts a flow.

Start a flow when an incoming message doesn’t match any keywords.

Start a flow at a future time or on a recurring schedule.

Start a flow after receiving a call.

Start a flow when a contact begins a conversation.

Start a flow when Facebook refers a contact.
-
Start a flow after a ticket is closed.
-
Start a flow when a contact accepts an opt-in request.

Start a flow when a contact opts out of a topic they previously opted into.
