Interrupting a Flow from the Contact View

After initiating a flow for a group of contacts, you might need to remove or halt a specific individual from that process without affecting the others. This can be done directly from the contact’s profile.
Begin by navigating to the Contacts section located on the left side of your dashboard:
Choose the contact you wish to halt. If this person is actively enrolled in a flow, a notification banner will appear within the chat window specifying the flow’s name. Select the ‘Interrupt’ option to remove the contact from the flow.
Should this option be absent from the menu, it indicates the contact is not currently participating in any flow.
Following the interruption, a record of this action will be visible in the contact’s conversation history:
That’s all there is to it! The contact will stop receiving messages from that flow.
