Editing a Campaign Event

To adjust when a Message or Flow is triggered, modify the Flow, or switch between sending a Message and launching a Flow within a Campaign Event:

      1. Go to the Campaigns icon in the upper-right corner of the page, then select the campaign that includes the event you want to update.

 

 

  1. Click on the event’s Join Date.
  • Note: From this page, you can also view the Contacts Group and the Flow linked to the event by selecting the blue hyperlinked text.

  1. Open the ☰ menu in the top-right corner and choose Edit.

 

  1. In the Update Event dialog box, use the drop-down menus to adjust the following:

    • Switch from starting a Flow to sending a Message (or vice versa)

    • Select which Flow should be launched

    • Define when the Flow begins or the Message is delivered

    • Specify the date and time around which the event should occur

    • Decide whether to stop an active flow in order to send the message/flow, or to skip it

 

  1. Click Save to apply your changes.
