Configuring a Retry in an IVR (Voice) Flow

To set up your Interactive Voice Response system for automatic redialing when a call isn’t answered or fails to connect, begin by accessing your flow editor. Click the ☰ menu icon and choose ‘Edit’:

In the dialog box that appears, specify your preferred retry interval following an unsuccessful call attempt:

Configuration complete! The system will automatically reattempt calls after your selected interval (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours) when initial connection attempts are unsuccessful.
