Cancelling Flow Starts

Enhanced Management Options for Flows and Broadcasts
When you initiate a flow or dispatch a broadcast message—particularly to substantial contact volumes—you may observe that not all recipients receive communications simultaneously. Messages may queue based on your channel’s maximum transmission capacity per second.
If your flows or broadcasts require more time than anticipated to reach all recipients, rest assured we provide effective management tools.
Monitoring Flow Transmission Progress
From the Flows section, select Starts:
This interface displays all initiated flows alongside the account user responsible for each activation.
For actively transmitting flows, a progress bar appears beneath each flow name accompanied by recipient counts. This provides clear visibility into pending message deliveries.
Should urgent flow initiation be necessary while another flow remains active for the same contacts, simply select the X icon at the progress bar’s terminus to terminate transmission.
Broadcast Message Management
When distributing broadcast messages to large audiences, delivery completion may require substantial time. Note: subsequent messages cannot be sent to the same group until current broadcasts finalize. Monitor transmission progress through your Broadcast dashboard.
This interface provides interruption capabilities (via the highlighted X control), enabling new broadcast transmission to the same recipient group.
Important Operational Notes:
- Transmission velocity depends entirely on channel capacity. For performance concerns, consult your service provider.
- Queues exceeding 48-hour delivery timeframes will automatically terminate.
- Flow or broadcast interruption only affects pending recipients—already delivered messages remain unchanged.
