Archiving Messages

Similar to email systems, the platform enables you to archive incoming messages for better organization, while outgoing messages are retained to provide a verifiable record of communications sent through your account’s connected channels.

To archive incoming messages:

  1. Navigate to the Messages section.

 

  1. Check the boxes adjacent to the messages you wish to archive.

 

  1. Click the Archive button.

Archived messages will be moved to and visible in the “Archived” folder located to the left of your message list.
