Adding Quick Replies to your Messages

The Quick Replies feature allows you to present contacts on IP-based messaging channels—including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber, and Telegram—with a menu of predefined response options.

Creating Quick Replies

To incorporate quick replies into a message, select the dialogue icon located below the message composer within a Send Message action.

Then, input your desired response options:

Contacts will see these options as clickable buttons, enabling them to reply instantly. You can preview how this feature will appear by using the simulator:

Please note that quick replies are not compatible with SMS. This functionality is exclusively available for WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber, and Telegram.
