Adding Contacts to a Group

The “Add the contact to a group” action allows you to include a contact in a specific group directly within a flow.

Removing Contacts from Groups

The “Remove contact from a group” action is used to take a contact out of a group during a flow.

For example, you might remove expecting mothers who have opted out of SMS notifications from the “Expecting Mothers” group.

Keep in mind that this action can also be applied to remove a contact from all groups at once.
